YouTube Movies When in Rome 2010

A romantic comedy released in 2010, When in Rome is a surprisingly light hearted and extremely gentle comedy that centers on the love life and quest for true love of a hard working, single professional woman. Mixing the matters of the heart with a little bit of magic of Rome, this comedy was rather successful on screens and managed to entertain audiences. Directed by Mark Steven Johnson and written by David Diamond and David Weissman, the movie has a very light and flowing script and has been shot in some exquisite locations in Rome. The basic point of the movie is to tackle the aspect of the magic of love or for that matter the love of magic.
The story begins when Beth (Kristen Bell), a very hard working professional is dumped by her boyfriend because he thinks that she doesn’t give priority to much else apart from work. Incidentally he then finds solace in the arms of someone else, convincing Beth that there is nobody out there for her. She then decides to leave for Rome for to attend her sister’ wedding where she is instantly attracted to the best man (Josh Duhamel), however on seeing him with another girl, she mistakes him to be married and decides to drink away her sorrows. In a drunken state, she throws some coins in a fountain wishing for true love and upon her return to New York, she finds that four men and Nick (Duhamel) are pursuing her fervently. The magic of the fountain dictates that any man who picks up the coins thrown by a woman will instantly fall in love with her. The rest of the story is about how she tries to discern whether Nick genuinely likes her or is just under the spell.
The lead actors are supported well by supporting roles of Anjelica Houston, Peggy Lipton, Dax Shepherd and Danny Devito. The movie lows through in a very light hearted and entertaining manner and is in no way hard to understand or follow. The movie managed to rake in $32 million across screens in America and much more globally. As such, the movie was widely loved by romantics and comedy fans but held no interest for those with serious inclinations towards their films. On the whole, it can be said that the movie claimed to be a light hearted and extremely entertaining affair and in the end it delivered on what was promised.
